Vice President of Franchise Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of operational strategy for the Superior Fence & Rail franchise system
• Set strategic direction and align brand objectives with overall company goals
• Establish and evolve operating policies, standards, and service offerings
• Lead the support team in delivering proactive training, coaching, and mentoring to franchisees
• Drive improvements in franchisee performance, unit growth, and profitability
• Oversee onboarding of new franchisees and ensure effective ramp through reinforcement
• Own achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targets
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with monthly and annual goals
• Oversee development and growth of the commercial irrigation division
• Partner with Sales, Training, and Marketing to support sales effectiveness and lead generation
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Franchise Business Coaches and functional leaders
• Maintain brand stewardship and ensure adherence to legal guidelines and ethical practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service based operations
• Proven ability to drive business performance and operational execution
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and KPI-driven decision making
• Demonstrated success in building relationships across a distributed network
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel up to 50%
