Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to define and execute long-term financial strategy and sustainable growth
• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, capital allocation, and investment planning
• Drive public-company readiness by evolving finance systems, controls, and reporting processes
• Strengthen external financial narratives and engagement with investors
• Lead the adoption of AI and agentic tools across FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Procurement
• Oversee Finance PMO initiatives to ensure disciplined execution of strategic projects
• Manage and empower high-performing teams across FP&A, Corporate Finance, Procurement, and PMO

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• 5+ years at the senior-executive level leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience preparing for or operating within a public-company environment
• Proven track record in both B2C marketplace and B2B GTM financial models
• Demonstrated experience deploying or scaling AI-assisted workflows in a finance context
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or CPA credential
• Deep expertise in investor relations and capital-markets engagement
• Strong ability to identify processes suitable for agentic automation
