Vice President of Finance

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance partner to the CEO, COO, and Board
• Own and evolve FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Lead and oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Build scalable financial processes, controls, and systems
• Prepare and deliver actionable financial reporting for executive leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Client Success, People, and Legal teams
• Support go-to-market efforts through pricing analysis and revenue forecasting
• Manage tax, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to capital planning and investor communications

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled businesses
• Proven experience building finance functions in Series A+ or growth-stage startups
• Strong background in FP&A, accounting oversight, and financial operations
• Deep understanding of GAAP, audits, and internal controls
• Experience partnering with CEOs, COOs, and Boards
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Brex, Ramp, Carta, and HubSpot
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Experience in the benefits and wellness industry
• MBA or CPA credentials
