About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment management strategies for undergraduate and graduate programs to support sustainable growth and academic quality.
  • Lead all aspects of enrollment management, including admissions, financial aid, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Finance and Administration to align enrollment strategy, tuition pricing, and financial aid policy with institutional sustainability goals.
  • Manage net tuition revenue targets and provide data-informed modeling for enrollment and financial impact.
  • Direct and mentor professional staff within the admissions and financial aid departments to foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Utilize data analytics and enrollment management software to monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and institutional performance.
  • Collaborate with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to integrate enrollment strategies with student success and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of substantial experience in comprehensive enrollment management in higher education.
  • Proven experience overseeing both undergraduate and graduate admissions programs.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving enrollment and net revenue goals.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning and implementation within an enrollment context.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enrollment management at a private liberal arts institution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex institutional priorities and organizational change.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary marketing principles and emerging enrollment technologies.
