Vice President of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team including developers, QA, and DevOps
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software products
• Champion best practices in software engineering, architecture, and agile methodologies
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
• Drive innovation and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and security
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on product strategy and delivery

Requirements

• Business orientation with ability to engage with customers and investors
• Experience implementing hybrid squad models and managing distributed resources
• Data-driven approach using productivity KPIs and squad metrics
• Proficiency in budget management and financial forecasting
• Ability to articulate product and migration roadmaps for stakeholders
• Experience managing platform operations and customer onboarding paths
• Leadership in fostering artificial intelligence adoption within engineering processes
• Fluency in French and English
