Through a connected network of schools, clinical and therapeutic services, and community-based support, Help Group serves individuals with diverse learning, behavioral, emotional, developmental, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive development strategy to advance organizational mission and long-term sustainability
• Partner with the CEO and Board to create and execute annual fundraising plans
• Lead all philanthropic efforts including major gifts, grants, corporate sponsorships, and special events
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporations
• Build and coach a high-performing, mission-driven development team
• Identify and recruit influential community members and business leaders to support financial objectives
• Analyze giving trends and use data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10 years of progressive fundraising leadership experience
• Proven track record of securing major gifts and foundation grants
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen
• Proficiency in CRM and donor database management
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or communications
