Vice President of Design and Construction

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of design and construction for new restaurant projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final execution, while coordinating with various stakeholders
• Ensure all designs and construction meet compliance standards, quality specifications, and brand requirements
• Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient building process
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals involved in the construction and design process

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management, interior design, and construction
• Strong focus on restaurant buildouts
• Proven ability to design and construct 20-30 restaurants per year
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of restaurant design, project planning, and construction management
