Vice President – Network & Data Center Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all data center facilities, including access control, security, and disaster recovery
• Liaise with the Facilities Department to ensure high availability of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment
• Propose standards, tools, policies, and procedures for data center facility management
• Develop new network solutions and improve the efficiency of current networks, firewalls, and IP telephony
• Design and manage inorganic growth, integration, cloud migration, and critical infrastructure projects
• Oversee complex problem-solving and proactively respond to infrastructure trends and issues
• Organize and execute Disaster Recovery initiatives and drills
• Prepare risk assessments and support the definition of IT Service Continuity Strategies
• Monitor and resolve day-to-day network, IP telephony, and security issues
• Report network status and performance to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Systems Engineering
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Management
• Minimum of 2+ years in a managerial role overseeing IT Infrastructure in a large organization
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IP Telephony systems
• Proven experience working with Juniper, Aruba, or Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technology
• Experience with call centers and ACD call flow
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Linux server management and networking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VMWare ESX
