Vice President, National Accounts, Broker Services

Responsibilities

• Pursue a portfolio of 50-100 National Accounts for Epay Manager and OTR Select
• Design attractive and customized pitches in collaboration with the SVP of Broker Services
• Travel to trade shows, face-to-face visits, and prospecting events to cultivate relationships
• Develop, document, and implement sales strategies for all named accounts
• Prepare and present sales forecast and progress reports to management
• Negotiate contracts and agreements using value negotiation skills
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align solutions with market needs

Requirements

• Experience in transportation & logistics or freight/financial technology
• Experience in freight brokerage or shipper sales preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
