Vice President, Multifamily Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of a diverse national portfolio of multifamily assets, including core, value-add, and opportunistic properties.
• Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize asset value and drive investment performance.
• Manage the annual budget process, including the preparation of business plans, revenue/expense budgets, and valuation models.
• Perform detailed financial analysis using Argus and Excel to support business plan execution and risk mitigation.
• Foster strong relationships with third-party property management, JV partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Review and approve capital expenditures and provide guidance to construction managers.
• Support the acquisition phase through due diligence and underwriting assumptions, and assist the disposition team with asset sales.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of direct experience in multifamily equity asset management.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with a proven track record in managing diverse multifamily portfolios.
• Proficiency in Argus and Excel for advanced financial modeling and analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel 25%-40% domestically.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
