Vice President

Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and loss, balance sheet reporting, and regulatory compliance for the ISGF business segment
• Collaborate with Business Units, Risk Management, Technology, and Operations to provide solutions on proposed structures and transactions
• Lead end-to-end processes requiring complex decision-making and subject matter expertise
• Review and sign off on monthly revenue, balance sheet, and quarterly regulatory reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for Business Units and Finance Management
• Analyze the impact of new rules and regulations on business financials and processes
• Work with IT on system enhancement projects and provide subject matter expertise in key initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or product control
• Advanced technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets
• Prior loan experience is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the firm
