Vice President

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver compensation programs and solutions for assigned business lines.
• Implement and execute the bank’s incentive governance framework for all business incentive compensation plans.
• Manage the incentive design process for commission plans, collaborating with finance, compliance, risk, and HR partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FLSA, and provide thorough analysis on related issues.
• Enhance the Bank’s market data approach by conducting detailed market pricing and specialized analysis.
• Execute the annual pay review and Focal Review processes effectively.
• Support the design of innovative compensation solutions and provide strategic consulting to influence decision-making.
• Manage equity plan administration, including grant/termination processes and reconciliation of equity program data.
• Oversee project timelines and manage relationships with outside vendors and internal audit requests.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing compensation solutions and programs.
• Strong working knowledge of base pay, total compensation, organizational job structuring, and external market data analysis.
• Deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and knowledge of FLSA.
• Expertise in interpreting and analyzing compensation and labor market data to assess benchmarking and internal alignment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate across business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with executive compensation design, governance, and process.
• Experience with senior management committee support.
• Proficiency using Workday.
