Vice President, Mid-Corp Relationship Manager, Industrials Segment

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and strategically acquire new clients for the Hong Kong Commercial Bank franchise within the Industrials segment.
• Cultivate deep client relationships and introduce customized financial solutions to strengthen portfolios.
• Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the credit relationship of clients, supervising the entire process and ensuring adherence to institutional policies.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and maximize client experience through market intelligence.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, "Know Your Client" (KYC) protocols, and Citi's internal risk management policies.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience, specifically in relationship management within commercial or corporate banking.
• Proven experience managing or leading clients within the Industrials segment.
• Strong credit skills with the ability to structure complex deals, including capital market transactions.
• Fluency in Putonghua is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
