Vice President, Mid-Corp Relationship Manager, Industrials Segment

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and strategically acquire new clients for the Hong Kong Commercial Bank franchise within the Industrials segment.
• Cultivate deep client relationships and introduce customized financial solutions by working with product specialists.
• Manage the end-to-end credit relationship, including structuring complex deals and supervising the application of institutional processes.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and maximize client experience through market intelligence.
• Ensure strict adherence to "Know Your Client" (KYC) protocols, regulatory requirements, and Citi's internal compliance policies.
• Assess risk proactively to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets while making sound business decisions.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience, specifically in relationship management within commercial or corporate banking.
• Proven expertise in the Industrials sector.
• Strong credit skills with the ability to structure complex deals, including capital market transactions.
• Fluency in Putonghua is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills to coordinate multi-functional teams.
