Vice President, Mid-Corp Relationship Manager, Consumer & Retail Industry Team

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and strategically acquire new clients for the Hong Kong Commercial Bank franchise within the Consumer & Retail sector.
• Cultivate deep client relationships and introduce customized financial solutions to strengthen the portfolio.
• Work with product specialists to structure innovative deals that meet specific client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end credit relationship, ensuring proper application of policies and institutional processes.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and maximize client experience.
• Ensure strict compliance with "Know Your Client" (KYC) protocols, regulatory requirements, and Citi's internal policies.
• Assess risk proactively to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience, preferably in relationship management within commercial or corporate banking.
• Proven expertise in managing relationships within the Consumer & Retail sector.
• Strong credit skills with the ability to structure complex deals, including capital market transactions.
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and coordinate multi-functional groups.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and their role in enhancing client experience.
