Vice President, Medical Affairs-Neuroscience

Responsibilities

• Provide deep medical and scientific expertise across neuroinflammatory disease biology and immunology-driven mechanisms
• Lead Global Medical Affairs functions including Medical Affairs Operations and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) teams
• Partner with internal leaders to establish market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies
• Maintain professional relationships with the external neurology expert community and patient advocacy groups
• Represent the company at advisory boards, congresses, symposia, and scientific forums
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory authorities to ensure ethical stakeholder interactions

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of Medical Affairs experience in biopharma
• Significant experience in Neurology, specifically neurodegenerative or neuroinflammatory diseases
• Prior experience supporting product launches in Neurology
• Established network of neurologists and clinical experts
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-functional matrix environment
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and international regulatory requirements
• Experience in finance, budgeting, and resource management
