Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Medical Affairs function to support hematology-oncology programs into late-stage clinical development and commercial readiness
  • Own the overall Medical Affairs strategy for the hematology-oncology portfolio
  • Develop the scientific platform and differentiated medical narrative for Nurix programs
  • Partner with Clinical Development to shape late-stage medical strategy and data generation priorities
  • Expand and lead a high-performing MSL organization
  • Lead external engagement with key experts, investigators, and scientific communities
  • Direct publication and scientific communication strategy for clinical data and congress presentations
  • Lead integrated evidence generation strategies including RWE and HEOR
  • Partner with Commercial and Market Access to ensure launch readiness
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards

Requirements

  • MD, PhD, DO, or PharmD
  • Oncology or hematology experience
  • 15+ years of biopharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience with significant leadership responsibility
  • Experience with launch and post-approval accountability
  • Expertise in evidence generation (Phase 3b/4, RWE, HEOR)
  • Experience in scientific communications and MSL leadership
  • Strong understanding of US and global regulatory, compliance, and payer environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in highly innovative therapeutic platforms or first-in-class mechanisms
  • Proven ability to build and scale Medical Affairs organizations in emerging biotechnology settings
