Through our software, we solve the biggest transportation challenges facing schools and school districts across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B marketing function including brand, demand generation, field marketing, RFPs, and product marketing
  • Lead product marketing, market intelligence, competitive positioning, and pricing strategy
  • Build and execute a revenue marketing strategy connected to pipeline and retention outcomes
  • Drive the RFP function in partnership with Sales for public sector business
  • Oversee brand strategy, compliance, and the company voice across all touchpoints
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on ICP and pipeline targets
  • Build a lifecycle and growth marketing engine to reduce churn and drive expansion
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack, attribution, and data infrastructure
  • Drive AI transformation within the marketing team to scale impact and efficiency
  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, CAC, and ROAS

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 3 years owning the full marketing function at a company with a complex sales cycle
  • Deep product marketing background (positioning, messaging, pricing, and enablement)
  • Demonstrated accountability to pipeline and revenue metrics (CAC, marketing-sourced revenue)
  • Experience building or scaling revenue marketing functions and operations
  • Proven track record of using AI to redesign workflows and drive efficiency
  • Experience marketing to institutional or public-sector buyers is a strong plus
  • Strong executive communication skills for board and C-suite interaction
  • Experience in a growth-stage, VC-backed company
