Responsibilities

• Architect and execute Docebo's regional marketing strategy across Europe to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Co-own pipeline targets with regional Sales leadership as a strategic partner.
• Lead regional campaign planning, including digital marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer marketing.
• Adapt global AI product narratives to resonate with European enterprise buyers.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, agency relationships, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven track record of leading international or regional marketing organizations with revenue accountability.
• Deep fluency in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
• Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Analytical capabilities to drive data-driven strategic decisions.
• Ability to travel regularly across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France) and to headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating as a trusted peer to regional sales and revenue leaders.
• Experience managing budgets and agencies across multiple international markets.
