Vice President, Market Access Consulting

Responsibilities

• Deliver market access engagements across the payer, provider, and patient continuum
• Achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement and project leadership
• Provide leadership to the core consulting team delivering services to biopharmaceutical clients
• Support hiring, staffing, and people development
• Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships
• Coach and mentor staff through career development planning and onboarding

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting or commercialization strategy experience
• Deep expertise in health policy, reimbursement strategy, or market access
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, coding, and payment methodologies
• Excellent strategic and technical writing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Economics, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Science, Economics, or Business
• Experience specifically focused on physician-administered medicine
