Vice President - Loyalty Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing strategies for Darna Rewards and Live Aldar, including annual plans, acquisition targets, and retention goals.
• Define brand identity and positioning for loyalty programs to ensure they reinforce the broader Aldar ecosystem.
• Manage the marketing P&L, including budget planning, allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Execute multi-channel integrated loyalty campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive lifecycle marketing programs using tailored segmentation, offer architectures, and personalized customer journeys.
• Oversee content, communications, and performance marketing across all paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Partner with data and technology teams to establish KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models to track program performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in loyalty, customer lifecycle, or strategic marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing and delivering measurable ROI at a program level.
• Expertise in paid media and performance marketing channels, including search, social, and programmatic.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus.
• Deep understanding of advanced analytics and data-driven marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the retail industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer journeys across both online and offline touchpoints.
