Responsibilities

• Oversee the servicing of commercial real estate loans, including monitoring performance, managing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation
• Manage day-to-day operations such as payment processing, escrow management, investor reporting, and default management
• Review and approve loan advances, payments, payoffs, construction loan draw requests, and inspection reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, borrowers, regulators, and service providers
• Lead the loan servicing department, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance
• Collaborate with loan origination, underwriting, compliance, and asset management departments
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance servicing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Expert level knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
