Vice President, Lead ISDA Negotiator

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and track complex capital markets legal agreements, including derivatives and fixed-income documentation
• Review and analyze trading and collateral agreements such as ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, and Credit Support Annexes
• Advise management on negotiation trends, emerging issues, and market developments
• Lead projects to enhance documentation templates, processes, and governance tools
• Partner with Legal, Credit, Risk, and business units to resolve documentation issues and mitigate legal or operational risks
• Discuss deal terms directly with customers and external counterparties to advance negotiations
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and risk control

Requirements

• 5+ years of Capital Markets Document Negotiation experience
• Working knowledge of derivatives products and related trading documentation
• Understanding of regulatory, legal, and risk considerations impacting capital markets transactions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including legal, credit, and risk teams
