Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Coordination

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of infrastructure initiatives aligned with branch, Regional, and Head Office strategies
• Coordinate with Regional and HQ teams to ensure effective implementation at the branch level
• Manage and control IT budget execution, operational efficiency, and cost optimization opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day execution guidance within the team
• Coach and support team members on complex infrastructure issues
• Lead execution of incident response, problem management, and cyber security risk control
• Ensure stable system operations and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure management and project management
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong overall IT infrastructure knowledge
• Proven project execution and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad infrastructure experience with strong technical depth
• Experience working directly with Regional or Head Office (HQ) teams
