Vice President, Investor Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business groups and technology teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and monitor progress.
• Manage new feature testing and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R to perform advanced data analysis and automate tasks.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in technical project management or product management.
• Proven experience acting as a liaison between business and technology departments.
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages including Python, SQL, and R.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing CRM data; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and handling big data.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or General Business preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with alternative asset classes.
• Experience with other Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Einstein Analytics.
