RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA) is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor and leading real estate investment consulting firm. RFA advises some of the world’s largest pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors, managing approximately $88 billion of assets under advisement.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new investments for institutional investors across multiple property types and locations
• Prepare discounted cash flow models including complex waterfall fee structures
• Analyze investment opportunities in operating companies, separate accounts, programmatic joint ventures, and funds
• Evaluate potential investment partners based on track records, strategies, and management
• Review existing assets including performance reporting, hold/sell analyses, and capital plans
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Investment Committee and clients

Requirements

• 9-13+ years of experience including internships or work study programs
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or economics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate underwriting and valuation
• Experience managing junior team members
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with senior housing and multifamily sectors
• Demonstrated interest in quantitative analysis in the real estate industry
