About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead investment servicing activities including Syndicated and Private Credit, Corporate Actions, Derivative Lifecycle Events, and Collateral Management.
  • Manage functional teams to ensure processes and deliverables meet defined success criteria and are completed accurately using KPIs.
  • Oversee processing and recordkeeping of loan activity and ensure data matches Agent Bank records.
  • Manage corporate action events including sourcing, reconciling, and recordkeeping for reorganizations and proxies.
  • Execute and reconcile derivative lifecycle events and perform daily reconciliations of derivative positions with counterparties.
  • Handle global regulatory reporting of derivative activity to industry data repositories.
  • Manage daily collateral activities, including initiating/responding to calls and coordinating movements.
  • Implement and improve controls to mitigate operational risk and maximize technology utilization for automation.
  • Collaborate with Investment Operations and Fund Accounting teams to deliver process improvements and manage change initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in investment operations across multiple functions.
  • Deep expertise in alternative investments, including Credit and Equity asset types.
  • Extensive knowledge of Syndicated Loans, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Derivatives.
  • Proficiency with industry utilities and communication protocols such as SWIFT.
  • Experience working with Agent Banks, Transfer Agents, Custodians, and other counterparties.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong leadership, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using the Geneva accounting system.
  • Experience using Everest order management systems.
  • Proven track record of measurable process improvement.
