Vice President - Investment Professional

Responsibilities

• Source attractive investment opportunities across secondaries and co-investments, focusing on North American transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fund sponsors, intermediaries, limited partners, and management teams
• Lead the evaluation and execution of transactions, including overseeing complex financial models and analyses
• Manage deal workstreams, negotiate commercial terms, and structure transactions
• Create investment memos and present recommendations for approval
• Monitor and manage existing investments and maintain GP relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure and/or private equity investment experience (principal, secondaries, co-investment, or investment banking)
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proven quantitative capabilities and experience building/analyzing financial models
• Strong understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of and exposure to various infrastructure subsectors
• Familiarity with the infrastructure private equity manager universe
• Professional competency in languages other than English
