Vice President, Investment Banking - Mid-Cap

Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A and capital markets initiatives, including origination, structuring, and execution.
• Independently manage client relationships and deliver comprehensive solutions for public and private clients.
• Analyze and resolve multi-faceted business and operational challenges to influence cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure precision in execution and strict compliance with all regulatory and market standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Investment Banking experience.
• Proven track record in M&A transaction execution and capital markets.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to complete required FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 63/66, and Series 79) within 90 days of hire if not already held.

• Strong track record of originating new business and managing senior executive-level client relationships.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to make timely, independent judgments in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
