Vice President Investment Banking - Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Assume significant responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and firm growth.
• Guide clients through the capital raising process, including leading due diligence and preparing for equity or debt offerings.
• Collaborate with clients, senior team members, and professional advisors on M&A and special situation transactions.
• Oversee the drafting of situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor presentations.
• Supervise the work performed by assigned analysts and associates.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking products, regulations, and credit approval processes.
• Current or ability to obtain Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with large corporate clients and capital markets products.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's Degree in Business.
• Experience with derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance, and securities products.
