Vice President, Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction teams to successfully execute PPP mandates
• Lead and support the structuring and execution of debt and equity financings, including engaging with lenders and investors through to financial close
• Develop complex financial models, including the use of macros and VBA programming
• Assist in the management of due diligence processes and third-party advisors
• Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members
• Prepare client presentations and participate in discussions
• Research potential business development opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in PPP transactions
• Expertise in financial modeling
• Strong deal management and technical delivery capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure and execute PPP mandates
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
