Vice President, International Product

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional product strategies to achieve product-market-fit across diverse global geographies.
• Lead and mentor distributed international product teams, fostering a connected and empowered global culture.
• Influence the global product roadmap by presenting compelling business cases and ROI analyses to leadership.
• Establish a Center of Excellence for localization, overseeing content adaptation and platform customization.
• Manage strategic partnerships with international organizations to expand product reach and capabilities.
• Champion regional insights to instill a global product mindset across the entire organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building educational products on a global scale.
• 8+ years of operational leadership experience with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven experience in EdTech, specifically building both content and digital platforms.
• Recognized expertise in scalable product localization practices.
• Strong financial modeling and business case development skills.
• AI fluency with the ability to evaluate the impact and cost of AI system implementation.
• Demonstrated experience working with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Ability to travel globally approximately 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically within the Higher Education sector.
• Experience working at or with major Big Tech companies.
• Experience engaging with government agencies or public sector education entities.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
