Vice President - International Leasing & Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational direction of the North American business unit
• Oversee all core functions including sales, credit, operations, and portfolio management
• Drive business development and long-range growth in alignment with global parent company goals
• Manage P&L and provide consistent performance updates to the international board
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing local management team
• Maintain productive relationships with business partners, vendors, and board members

Requirements

• 5-10 years of senior leadership experience in leasing, commercial lending, or financial services
• Proven track record of P&L ownership over a significant corporate unit
• Thorough knowledge of the full leasing lifecycle from origination to portfolio management
• Strong credit analysis, risk evaluation, and financial mathematics skills
• University degree and proficiency in English
• Experience with ERP and CRM enterprise platforms
• Ability to travel 40-50% both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with a global leasing firm or an international bank's leasing division
• MBA or advanced professional qualification
• Proficiency in German or another European language
• Experience in vendor financing or dealer channel models
• Previous cross-border leadership or overseas posting experience

• Base compensation between $250,000 and $280,000, plus performance-based variable pay (approx. 30%)
