Vice President, Information Technology, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the regional technology vision for Asia Pacific, focusing on digital commerce acceleration and operational excellence.
• Align global platforms and strategic vendor partnerships with regional business priorities to enable ecommerce growth.
• Lead the development and evolution of the IT organization, including talent management, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Oversee the management of IT budgets in collaboration with regional and global finance teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs across Asia Pacific markets to ensure business agility and scalability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the regional leadership team, identifying business requirements and delivering optimal technology solutions.
• Lead the IT Asia Pacific Technology Steering Committee to align key priorities and technology investments.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of extensive IT leadership experience, specifically within the global apparel and retail sectors.
• 5–10 years of experience in Operations and Infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of managing global IT support infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Experience designing and implementing apparel-related systems to support global operations.
• Strong background in infrastructure design, system programming, and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Business field.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MBA) in Business.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Experience working in dynamic, multi-cultural international environments.
