Vice President, Information Technology, Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the regional technology vision for PVH Asia Pacific, focusing on digital commerce acceleration and operational excellence.
• Align global platforms with regional business priorities to enable ecommerce growth and digital capabilities across Asia Pacific markets.
• Lead the development and evolution of the IT organization, including managing technology associates and building a robust leadership pipeline.
• Oversee the operational and production delivery of technology platforms such as SAP S4, Salesforce, and Oracle XStore.
• Manage the IT Asia Pacific budget in collaboration with the CFO and Global Finance teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs across regional markets to drive business agility and efficiency.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Asia Pacific leadership team, identifying business requirements and developing optimal technology solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of extensive IT leadership experience, specifically within the global apparel and retail sectors.
• 5–10 years of experience in Operations and Infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of managing global IT support infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Experience designing and implementing apparel-related systems to support global operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Business field.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MBA) in Business.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Experience working in dynamic, multi-cultural international environments.
