Vice President II, Corporate Banking Credit Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and leveraged debt transaction processes from initial opportunity through loan closing
• Conduct thorough due diligence by reviewing historical financials, management presentations, and third-party materials
• Create comprehensive credit memorandums to drive approval for new opportunities
• Review financial models for accuracy and ensure alignment with company projections
• Lead document negotiations and act as the primary lending liaison for portfolio companies
• Coordinate with Syndications and Relationship Management partners to execute debt opportunities
• Manage amendment and waiver processes for existing portfolio companies
• Mentor associate staff and provide recommendations on structuring and risk management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in commercial banking, credit underwriting, or analysis
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and financial accounting
• Proven experience in debt process management and credit underwriting
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment involving both office and remote work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions and explain complex information

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or technology commercial banking
• MBA or CFA designation
• Advanced financial modeling skills and leadership experience
• Deep industry knowledge in the technology or healthcare sectors

• Competitive base salary ranging from $166,875 - $222,500 per year
