About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of people strategy, workforce engagement, and Corporate Safety.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on workforce strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute an integrated multi-year HR strategic plan aligned with mission priorities and operational needs.
  • Lead recruitment strategy for clinical, operational, and leadership roles, implementing modern sourcing and employer branding.
  • Design and deliver leadership development, performance management, and succession planning programs.
  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation structures, benefits, and total rewards strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and oversee employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Integrate DEIB principles into hiring, learning, and leadership programs to advance organizational equity.
  • Provide executive oversight for organizational safety governance, including risk mitigation and worker's compensation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Experience leading and managing HR operations in a complex, multi-site organization.
  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or other senior-level HR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, behavioral health, criminal justice reentry, or nonprofit services.
