About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting Flagship Labs companies
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner and change agent to translate business strategy into HR practices
  • Guide senior management in developing sustainable practices to drive an entrepreneurial culture
  • Partner with Learning & Talent Development to execute leadership development programs
  • Coach and advise managers on team effectiveness, talent topics, and general HR issues
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to assist with interviewing, onboarding, and immigration
  • Manage day-to-day HR needs for Pioneering Business Unit leaders, including people tools and processes
  • Act as a steward of the employee experience and Flagship’s unique culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 15-20+ years of experience in the HR field, or
  • Master's degree with 10-15+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Proven experience in highly matrixed, fast-paced, and innovative environments
  • Strong coaching and strategic partnership skills with senior leadership
  • Expertise in organizational design and change management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and UKG HRIS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Pharma or Biopharma industry
  • Deep knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) concepts and models
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and challenge senior leaders
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building acumen
  • Experience managing complex employee relations and workplace matters
  • Ability to translate high-level business vision into an executable people agenda
