Vice President, Head of Merchant Boarding Platforms

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision for a unified merchant onboarding and provisioning orchestration platform
• Establish a multi-year product roadmap focused on configurability, scale, and regulatory alignment
• Own core platform capabilities including risk and compliance workflows, product provisioning, and developer-facing APIs/SDKs
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Underwriting, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Collaborate with segment leads across SMB, Enterprise, and ISV channels to tailor onboarding flows
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team while fostering a culture of experimentation and customer obsession
• Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience
• 5+ years in a Platform or Product Leadership role
• Deep experience in payments, fintech, or other highly regulated environments
• Extensive knowledge of merchant onboarding, provisioning, and compliance-driven user journeys
• Proven experience working with APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to partner effectively with technical and risk-based departments
