About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets across enterprise and commercial segments in EMEA.
  • Define and execute multi-segment sales strategies, including enterprise, mid-market, and channel/partner motions.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance sales organization, including AEs, SDRs, and Sales Engineers.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and clear performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and ABM efforts to ensure consistent pipeline coverage.
  • Scale the channel and technology partner ecosystem, including GSI relationships.
  • Implement best-in-class CRM hygiene and sales operations workflows within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B software sales experience at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company.
  • Proven track record in VP-level sales leadership, consistently exceeding quotas in technical enterprise markets.
  • Experience selling to data engineering, data platform, DevOps, or infrastructure personas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise sales cycles with average deal sizes of $250K+ ACV.
  • Strong operational discipline with expertise in Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Experience building and scaling both Account Executive and Sales Engineering functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the modern data stack ecosystem (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, or Kafka).
  • Familiarity with open-source-led or product-led growth (PLG) sales motions.
  • Experience building or expanding cloud marketplace and channel partner programs.
  • Proven history of scaling revenue from $30M to $300M+ ARR at a developer-focused infrastructure company.
  • International sales leadership experience, specifically opening new countries and markets.
