About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and refine enterprise audience strategies, including segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches.
- Identify high-value growth opportunities using customer data, market dynamics, and business performance.
- Own the growth portfolio across business units, making prioritization decisions based on impact and strategic alignment.
- Allocate resources, including budget and capacity, across initiatives to ensure disciplined investment.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are fully defined with clear objectives, KPIs, and expected outcomes before execution.
- Oversee go-to-market (GTM) plans and partner with cross-functional teams for execution and performance optimization.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across growth teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in growth, strategy, performance marketing, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing portfolios of initiatives, including resource allocation and tradeoff decisions.
- Strong background in customer lifecycle marketing (acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV optimization).
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling data-driven marketing programs and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep familiarity with marketing technology, analytics, and data ecosystems.
