Vice President, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing growth team across media buying, measurement, and creative strategy
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for agency partners and platform vendors like Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Own and scale a global paid media strategy across SEM, paid social, display, video, and affiliate channels
• Manage large-scale media investment, ensuring efficiency, CPA targets, and profitability
• Partner with Creative and Merchandising teams to develop high-performing content for frequent product launches
• Lead measurement and attribution strategies to provide visibility into incrementality and financial impact

Requirements

• 12+ years of growth marketing experience with senior leadership in high-growth e-commerce
• Proven track record managing large-scale global paid media budgets
• Deep fluency in performance marketing channels including paid social, SEM, and affiliate
• Experience managing creative, product, and performance marketing in high-SKU environments
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for forecasting and executive reporting
• Demonstrated success in building and managing external agency and vendor relationships

• Experience navigating international market expansion and global regulatory environments
• Knowledge of AI-driven media landscapes, including automated bidding and generative creative optimization
• Experience with cookieless tracking and synthetic data modeling
