About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on sourcing and procurement, focusing on information security and cyber risk.
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve delivery resilience, and streamline vendor portfolios.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Information Security, Technology, Legal, and Compliance, to align sourcing with enterprise goals.
- Lead complex negotiations and contract drafting, including service level agreements (SLAs) and experience level agreements (XLAs).
- Conduct rigorous external spend analysis and market research to identify trends, risks, and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology and security suppliers.
- Utilize advanced analytics (Power BI, SQL, Tableau) to deliver executive-ready presentations and business cases.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a complex, global environment.
- Proven experience partnering with stakeholders at the COO and Managing Director level.
- Expertise in competitive bidding techniques including RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
- Strong financial modeling skills for negotiation scenarios and total cost of ownership analysis.
- Deep experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating global contracts.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferences for Finance, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees in Business, Engineering, Law, or related areas.
- Experience within the financial services, technology, or consulting industries.
- Proficiency with AI software products and CoPilot.
