About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and grow a team of internal and external members to support the global program and North American regional developments
- Define, publish, and maintain global cost targets and schedule benchmarks to enable consistent portfolio decisions
- Establish templates for initial development underwriting business cases and standard schedule templates for regional adoption
- Develop scalable standards including WBS/cost structures, template schedules, and baseline integrity rules
- Govern data quality, reporting cadence, and core configuration standards for Procore, P6, and SharePoint
- Define leading and lagging KPIs and dashboards to convert telemetry into executive-ready business intelligence
- Deploy change control governance for cost/schedule impacts and manage risk management platforms
- Implement a practical lessons-learned loop to update products, requirements, and standards
- Serve as the lead for the Program Controls Center of Excellence, driving the initiative roadmap and adoption metrics
- Act as product owner for core reporting across Procore, P6, and future tooling
Requirements
- 10+ years in program/project controls for large capital or data center programs
- 5-8 years of experience leading teams, including external partners and distributed groups
- Deep expertise in cost modeling, scheduling, benchmarking, risk, and change control
- Advanced proficiency with Procore, P6, and project controls/reporting systems
- Experience with Yardi cost management systems
- Proven ability to build enterprise reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data governance
- Strong knowledge of WBS structures, cost frameworks, baselines, and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or professional certifications such as PMP, CCP, PSP, or PMI-SP
- Experience supporting global or multi-region development programs
