Vice President, Global Markets Communications Leader

Responsibilities

• Own the global communications strategy for markets, ensuring narrative consistency and tone across all regions.
• Partner with GTM and functional leadership to shape executive communications for market leaders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer on messaging, positioning, and reputation management.
• Enable markets with necessary content, narratives, and tools to execute global strategies effectively.
• Oversee global media relations for the commercial business, including proactive storytelling and issue management.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global communications team.
• Define global communication calendars and prioritization models to ensure timely and relevant delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global communications strategy and governance.
• Proven track record in executive and leadership communications.
• Strong expertise in media relations and managing global brand reputation.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and large-scale team leadership.
• Ability to act as a single point of orchestration between corporate strategy and market execution.
