About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling digital FX, International Payments, and Rates platform solutions to a broad client base.
  • Lead client engagements focused on payments modernization, cross-border flows, liquidity, and risk management workflows.
  • Act as a product ambassador, translating client feedback and market insights into actionable input for product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Track and analyze sales performance and coverage activity, maintaining disciplined opportunity pipelines across CRM tools.
  • Partner with product, structuring, execution desks, bankers, legal, and risk teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Develop and maintain client pitch materials and marketing content focused on digital offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to guide sales execution and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in platforms, payments, commercial/correspondent banking, or related fields.
  • Post-secondary degree.
  • Proven success in a product sales or solutions-oriented role within FX, Rates, Payments, or Treasury-related businesses.
  • Strong understanding of commercial core banking systems and experience marketing solutions to regional banking clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and the use of data to manage pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of global markets, pricing, and risk concepts across FX and Rates.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, governance, and control frameworks relevant to markets and payments.
