About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal and external brand steward for the land-based business, ensuring messaging cohesion across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of master marketing campaigns from concept through measurement.
- Own the integrated annual marketing plan, aligning campaigns with product launches and industry events like G2E.
- Direct operator (B2B) marketing strategy, including trade marketing, sales enablement, and industry event execution.
- Oversee player (B2C) marketing strategy, including content marketing, social engagement, and player experience programs.
- Activate the full marketing ecosystem, including Digital, Communications, Creative, and Player Marketing functions.
- Manage the segment's digital marketing capability, including programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Govern marketing budget allocation, investment prioritization, and ROI accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with ownership of brand and integrated marketing for a global business.
- Proven track record of leading master campaigns spanning both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Experience marketing in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, hospitality, fintech, or consumer technology).
- Deep expertise in brand management, creative governance, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing ecosystems, including programmatic, SEO/SEM, and CRM.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic investment decisions.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline marketing organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior marketing leadership experience specifically in gaming, casino operator marketing, or hospitality.
- Experience leading marketing for a portfolio combining hardware, content, and recurring-revenue services.
- Familiarity with responsible gaming standards and global regulatory environments.
- Experience leading marketing transformation programs or martech implementations.
