Vice President, Global Investment Banking

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals
• Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers to advance marketing and execution
• Train and mentor junior bankers to support professional development
• Refine marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact
• Oversee the creation of financial projection models and identify key transaction risks
• Liaise with internal and external parties including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties
• Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews
• Manage cross-border transactions and diverse stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant investment banking experience
• Proven track record of leading transaction execution in ECM and M&A
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with clients across the APAC region
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to interact comfortably with clients and senior management
