About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the HR technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the full HR tech stack.
- Serve as the senior-most HR executive voice for Workday and HR technology strategy.
- Act as a strategic bridge between HR and Global Technology to align stakeholders and drive execution.
- Lead the functional roadmap for the global Workday platform to ensure alignment with HR priorities.
- Drive the expansion of global People Operations and advance a scalable shared services delivery model.
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean principles, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Set the enterprise people analytics vision to provide critical workforce insights for executive decisions.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in HR technology, enterprise systems, or HR Operations in a global environment.
- Proven track record of defining strategy, driving change, and delivering measurable results.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and platform strategy.
- Strong knowledge of HR data governance, analytics, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience partnering with enterprise IT organizations in a shared accountability model.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complementary HR tools such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Medallia, or Visier.
- Proficiency in applying AI and automation to HR service delivery.
- Experience with Lean process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Background in shared services model design and service delivery transformation.
- Expertise in change management within complex, matrixed environments.
