Vice President, Global Growth and Marketing

Responsibilities

• Architect a global commercial growth engine connecting strategy, product, brand, sales, and marketing
• Design and implement a single global Growth and Marketing operating system across the portfolio
• Shape company strategy, portfolio strategy, and market expansion plans
• Build integrated systems for brand, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
• Establish global brand architecture and commercial intelligence capabilities
• Lead the transformation of the organization into an AI-enabled commercial function
• Develop exceptional leaders and create organizational accountability
• Drive measurable enterprise value including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and EBITDA

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading global marketing or growth organizations in high-growth tech, SaaS, or marketplace sectors
• Experience partnering with COOs, Boards, and executive leadership on company strategy
• Demonstrated success in both B2B (enterprise sales) and B2C (consumer behavior) marketing
• Experience building functions from zero to one
• Experience managing multi-country teams
• Deep understanding of AI application in commercial functions
• Strong commercial discipline and obsession with performance measurement
